Drinks with Friends

I’m excited to share that I’ve organized a group exhibition in my barn, recently transformed into my studio, "Monty’s," in the Connecticut countryside.
Drinks with Friends brings together 28 artists with whom I’ve shared conversations and drinks over the past couple of years. Some are friends I’ve known for more than 20 years, whose practices I’ve had the privilege of watching evolve. Others I’ve met more recently, but each continues to inspire me with their vision and dedication to their work.
While the exhibition grew out of these personal connections, themes of nature, color, and a quiet politics emerge as common threads, linking the works beyond my relationships with the artists.
We’ll be hosting a private, invitation-only opening on July 18. The exhibition will remain on view through the end of August by appointment.
